Corporations or individuals who are interested in purchasing our services; all what you need to do is to:

1. fill out the Contact Us form with the information required at our website www.vlsgh.com, or

2. send us your enquiries at info@vls-gh.com with subject titled ‘Projects for Sale’ –(the name of the services you require).

3. For a better and faster response, we recommend that you download our Request a Free Quote form, by clicking on one of the ‘Request a Quote’ buttons, and fill out the form with the required information.

click to expand What is the next approach subsequent to my expression of interest in selling my projects to VLS?


After you had filled out and forwarded your enquiry to us, we will follow up with you. You may then receive a 'Purchaser Agreement Quote' form, which you should complete, providing the necessary information in order to give us a clue of what you need. This will help us give you a precise fee your project will involve and the time we will invest in your projects.


After following up with you, if you are still interested in our services and agree with our service price, then we proceed to the next stage. You will take note of our terms and conditions of services and payment, and agree with it before we enter into business with you.


click to expand Are there any advanced fees before you take in my projects?


Yes. For first-time customer we require an advance payment of 50% of the total amount your project will cost before we handle your protects. The rest of the money should be paid off upon submission of the completion of your project.


For regular and first-class customers: Since we are into a partnership, you can choose to pay each end of month upon release of our invoice to you, or choose to pay an advanced fee of 25% of the total payment.

Under normal circumstances, we do not negotiate on our services rates. However, we may consider your financial condition and provide your needs based on what you can afford.

Not at all! This is our price value. Our products are customized to suit your needs and financial means. At VLS, quality is one of our principal peelers. That’s why it is necessary you provide us with up to date information when completing our RAQ form.

Yes, like in every serious and genuine business. Before we accept taking in your projects, we require your approval of our terms and conditions. There should be a mutual understanding; otherwise, partnership will not be possible. We believe that by understanding each other’s rights and duties, we impose respect as a core factor of our relationship.

Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 working days for the completion of a project.
However, it all depends on the size, set of language, and sector of your project.

For instance, should you require writing support (a simple article), you may well have your project completed in a couple of hours, given that our team of writers are able to produce between 15-25 articles or reviews of 500 words on daily basis; whilst a project of translation may take between 8h -24h depending on the number of words and set of language.

For Copywriting projects, such as Business Plans, or any kind of Proposals, we may take between 15 -30 days, considering the fact that such projects require lots of research works.

All translation and copywriting projects are subject to a full Quality Assurance process by our professional and experienced proofreaders, who are native in the language of their endeavours.

We accept payment through Visa card, MoneyBookers, WesternUnion, MoneyGram or by Check. These are the methods of payment for International clients


PayPal is not yet accessible in our area (please, carefully read and following the instruction given to you if you opt for making payment via MoneyBookers. Be aware that your bank account or credit card’s name should bare the same name you used to open an account with MoneyBookers).

For local clients: The methods of payment available to you are the following: Cash, Bank transfer (paying directly into company’s bank account), check, or e-Switch.

As the name of the company indicates –Virtual Linguistic Solutions –successful candidates are considered freelancers and would be rending their services from the comfort of their homes.
